        Used to be good but now hard to get appointment on time... to get an appointment take week or more..

        I have been with this Surgery since 2013, Dr Patel was the best GP one could ask for, he knew his stuff and went the extra mile, he understood you and you did not have to tell a story of your symptoms, he did not restrict himself to just the tick box, HE KNEW HIS Stuff!!, Now It is only God that can help us, with this new GP that has taken over, it's just tick boxes, you suffer and suffer and nothing, I feel like I have to know what my ailment is before I go if not I am sent home to continue suffering. I have totally lost confidence. I am so sad that Dr Patel has retired.
