        Well, l'm a regular customer as l live next to the Pub and also l like their menu. I was there to celebrate my Birthday and when l booked, in person,10 days before, l asked if possible to have 1-2 little balloons at the table and a candle on the cake. "No worries, it will be fine!'. When timing arrived and l was there at the booked table, l had nothing at all!. Surprised, l asked why: we spoke, you promised, all was fine with you..."well, sorry, just finished this morning, happy birthday as well". Sad and also we had unpleasant service. That's it. Why? I saw many many times Birthday celebrations and so l decided to do that there for mine also...be careful next time you book for celebrating an Event.
