AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered my day 5 test to release with this company. I sent of my test on day 5 to then receive the result after 5 days. The whole purpose of a day 5 is to be released early. This company is a scam, they will NOT refund you at all. Im shocked at how this company comes under the GOV SITE. AVOID THIS COMPANY THERE IS MANY OTHER COMPANIES OUT THERE SO DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS ONE!!!

Green door is a drop box. Next to Hammersmith Pharmacy and Palace Barber's. I got my PCR test result in 24h!

Discounting all the negative reviews here. I had my in-person rapid antigen yesterday, administered by Chris. Very friendly, reassuring and professional. The test was done in 15 minutes, and received my antigen certificate required for my flight to the USA within an hour. It was emailed to me and via the Screen4 portal, very simple and easy process.

Pre-departure test results arrived 2 days after my flight! And the customer care was invisible. Thank goodness I didn't wait too late to be able to pay for an emergency test somewhere else and I made my flight with one hour to spare. A week after sending back my Tracked 24 arrival test, and there was still no result so stuck in isolation. And when you go on the Royal Mail tracking site, it doesn't recognise the ST tracking number Screen4 give you so you can't even chase where it is. One delay could be blamed on the post, but 2 significant delays means I will never use this company again. The stress was too much and I had to absorb the cost of the extra emergency test to allow me to travel. Further, on complaining to Royal Mail, which S4 told me to do, blaming them, I was told this was a contract with S4 and they must handle any complaints. So I sent all the same detail back to S4. Their response today? We can't guarantee any delivery before flights and their website tells you that! So effectively, we have a service we can't commit to and no way of getting a refund. Think it speaks for itself!!
