I went here to have private blood tests done for visa application purposes 2 months ago. After not hearing anything back from them for 2 weeks I decided to ring them. I had to ring 3 days in a row to finally get an email back with the results, even though, I said I needed a signed hard copy of the results I never got that. Furthermore, one of the required tests was not carried out by the lab. To my frustration, I had to go back again for another blood sample. It has now been nearly 3 weeks since the last blood sample and I have not received anything back. I have tried to ring the number on their website several times during the last week during opening hours and I always get an automated response saying they are now closed. I have also sent them an email 3 days ago and no acknowledgment received. Appalling service, especially, when I had to pay for it. This has now delayed my application for over a month. I will probably have to take time off work to go there so I can actually speak to someone to try to get my results. Avoid at all costs.
