The staff in the reception are immensely unprofessional and lack total awareness considering they are working in a mental health centre. I was actually gobsmacked. Condescending and incredibly rude. An internal investigation definitely needs to take place.

I called on the phone to speak to staff about my appointment and the lady was literally giggling and talking to her friends whilst I was going hello , she would randomly say hi its clay Brooke centre before returning to the conversation with her friends every time I was trying to speak eventually I went excuse me and she aggressively interjected that I was on hold which is weird af considering im literally listening to her convo about patients I assume and she began talking to me before simply getting lost in the conversation with her friends and ignoring me . When she did decide to spare me 5 seconds again she spoke bluntly and aggressively and was redirected to another centre where the speaker was laughing before they started talking to me . Considering the kinds of situations people are in when they are calling thats really not alright I had the feeling from the lady that I was some joke crazy patient not a human being that it was worthier continuing with adaquete social behaviours and politeness .

I have been with this centre for years and to be honest with you they are not fit to represent mental health issues. I have called the 24 hour helpline over the last fews years for help but nothing gets done or any help is given. I have no support from them and a condescending psychiatric person who is supposed to be a shrink.... This is why people give up. And feel that no one can be bothered anymore.
