Had my bath resurfaced and also had the rolls royce which looked amazing and still does! Super easy for me to clean and the chap who came to do it was very friendly and chatty and helpful. Well worth the money!!

A cast iron bath which was matched perfectly to other non-white units in my combined bathroom/toilet. A very pleasant technician who worked tirelessly throughout the day and left the bathroom as he found it - neat and tidy. An excellent re-enamelling and I have no hesitation in recommending Renu Bath Services.

Terrible service. Be very careful of commissioning repair work from Renubath. We ordered a hand-basin repair from them recently at an agreed price on an agreed day and they took a 15% deposit in advance. Fair enough we thought. But on the appointed day, when their technician turned up, he ummed and aahhed about whether he could in fact do the job, although six photographs of the damage had been supplied to the company's Technical Manager in advance and I had been assured "no special treatments would be necessary". Eventually I was told that the job would actually cost another 200-odd pound + VAT on top of their original quote and, even at that price, they could not provide any long-term guarantee for the work. On those terms I naturally cancelled the job. Now, even though they were unable to fulfil our original contract and the technician was redirected on the day to do another job not far away, they are refusing to refund my original deposit. I would never have agreed to the job at the substantially increased cost they quoted me on the day (especially in the absence of a guarantee) if that is what they had quoted me in the first place. So withholding repayment of the deposit money when, through no fault of mine, no work was actually done strikes me as absolutely iniquitous. I AM A VERY DISSATISFIED RENUBATH CUSTOMER

Thomasz, who came to resurface our very worn old bath a few days ago, arrived bright and early and over the next few hours worked tirelessly to bring our bath surface back to its former glory. The result is amazing and the bath looks good as new. This young man is obviously a most dedicated and thorough worker, polite quiet and efficient. No disruption was caused to our daily life and the bathroom was left clean and tidy at the end. He deserves a bonus I would recommend this firm to anyone wishing to give an old bathroom a new life at a bearable price and with minimal disruption.
