They were friendly, helpful and above all they got the issue sorted right there and then. Also, they went to the bother of explaining how to resolve the issue in case I needed to take care of it myself in the future.
I'm going to be getting another bike soon so I'll come to them for all my regular maintenance and I can certainly recommend them to you for yours.
