The receptionist never answer , I walked there and there are 2 people not busy. They have 1 nurse every other day and 1 Doctor . if you ask the Doctor to call back , the availability is usually a week . the Doctor told me I will do a referral for you and after 1 month nothing. I went back and after that I received a letter. I think they want to close the Practice but they don't have to courage. it is useless Practice . Just Unbelievable.

I was struggling to get an urgent appointment with a consultant and was quite irate when I called the GP surgery for the 4/5 th time. Luckily Kaki at the GP surgery responded and I had called near the evening and took responsibly of the situation and resolved my issue by taking control, calling the department directly and confirming my appointment. I am Very grateful for this. Thank you

I do not recommend this Medical Centre! The receptionists are terrible, they dont have a good customer service at all, you can be to nice to them but they wont give you not even a fake smile in your face. I had a blood test done today, and the nurse she was not using PPE at all, touching me and holding the needle without gloves, she didnt even clean the area before sticking the needle. And the GP, no comments, she just say BAD news without not feelings to the patients If you have a choice, please do not register here!!!!!
