Received a message that my parcel was ready for pick up. Shop was open, lights on, but nobody was inside. Waited 35 min there for nothing. Terrible service

This is perfect for collecting parcels from and can make a quick visit. It can get a couple of people in at a time but you do not ever have to wait very long. Due to the location of this shop it means when I know I will not be at home to accept deliveries this is one of my options for parcel collection and sells tobacco and drinks with household cleaners, food etc... but it is basically a small corner shop. The staff here are great and it's important to remember to bring some form of I.D. if you are doing click and collect for parcels.
