Tesco Express

Staff are always polite, however selection is hit and miss sometimes great amount of stock other times low on all stock. Biggest issue is they always turn lights down early and close shutters half way nearly an hour before closing and 25 min before closing are rushing you to till and 10 min before closing time are locked. Closing time is the time they are meant to close down not the time staff leave but not in this supermarket here they think it's time for them to leave and closing is 30 min before the time which is really frustrating. There is also a very tiny baby section with very little products

Bad service and staff confused. I went in and store was empty as they were waiting for delivery at 1pm but whatever. The guy was rude and they dont give forks with the lunch that requires it. I drive for a living and visit tesco stores everyday and this was the first that rejected and said no. They need to fix the store and staff!

Tonight,at 22:55,I was running to the Tesco shop of my area to get 2 bottles of water,I arrived 6 minutes before to be closed,one of the staff told me that it was already closed,and I asked him how you can close when it is 6 minutes to be closed,I didnt understand him what he would say because he was inside of the shop and I was outside and the door was closed,there was a lady(from the management team)that she saw the situation but she was ignoring me,at the same time there was a lady with her daughter knocking on the door but the staff and the woman were ignoring us again,I put a star because I have to write my feedback about this,if I could to make this comment without any star,definetely I would do it.Its sad that a company like Tesco has this kind of staff that for 6 minutes to close(I am sure that they closed the shop more minutes before I was there),they dont care to make a good job for the customers,its embarrassing,disgusting,I am really disappointed about this people.Seriously

I wanted to share my opinion about the employees and the manager who has been giving us a donation for every fair over the years. He is a nice and helpful person. He has never refused to help. Thank you very much!
