The selection of items has steadily decreased over the last year, I try to avoid going in but it is closest to me and when I know I must I expect to walk away disappointed, unless Im there for junk food- selection of junk has remained stocked and full of variety

Top work to security gaurd tonight 1st Feb at about 11.30pm. New young man (roughly 2 weeks or so) staff member wearing a very unprofessional beany hat and calling customers "Fam" and showing total rudeness to people. After a 16 hour shift in A&E is not the one. Everyone else during the day or the evening are always professional and curtious. Put manners on this new employee please

Really rude staff when coming to collect a parcel. Had to wait for 10 min and the lady had the cheek to tell me I can always come back if I dont want to wait. Looks like staff are overstretched trying to do too much.
