Not impressed. I have a 2 seater car so fit into the small car price but they charged me level 3 service without asking first plus when I asked them to clean a particular area they agreed but then didnt do it saying theyd do it next time! Lastly I particularly opened the tiny inner console for them to wipe out but they just shut it and ignored it. Not worth 25 for such a small car when they didnt even do behind the two seats or in the boot! Shoddy and I wont be going again.

Absolutely useless car wash. They used a brush to wash my van and have scratched it in the process. Absolutely no attention to detail and I certainly will not be going back there again. The worst 20 I've ever spent. Attached are pictures of how useless they are. I'M ABSOLUTELY FUMING. Avoid this place at all costs especially if you care about your vehicle.

Over at least 15 years I have been a very regular customer, staff were friendly efficient, honest and hardworking, however management and all staff have changed recently, not sure why. (I wrote this 2 years ago) THINGS HAVE IMPROVED>>>ALOT However I have used them again in Dec 2022 and the service is much improved and will be visiting them again very soon. Huge praise for massive improvement.
