VERY DISSAPOINTED!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND AVOID THIS PLACE. I am writing to express my utter disappointment and frustration with my recent experience with Ashtones Beauty Box, a company advertised on Groupon. I had booked an appointment for Thursday 6/4/23 at 11 am and arrived promptly to find the salon locked and deserted. I waited outside for 30 minutes, repeatedly calling and messaging the company with no response. Finally, my call was answered by a lady at Ashtones Beauty Box, who informed me that they stopped working with Groupon for months and they don't have my booking, despite receiving a confirmation text from Ashtones Beauty Box on March 1st instructing me to book through Groupon platform to receive a special offer. The lady was very rude and unprofessional during the call, which only added to my disappointment. As soon I finished my call with Ashtones Beauty Box, I received an email through Groupon that my booking was cancelled meaning it was manually done by the Ashtones. As a result of this experience, I am left feeling misled by both Ashtones Beauty Box and Groupon. If they had not been advertising on Groupon, I would never have booked an appointment with them in the first place. It is unacceptable that they are still listed on Groupon's platform, despite claiming they no longer working with Groupon. Furthermore, I have wasted half a day for an appointment that was cancelled without my knowledge. The fact that this has happened to other customers, as I have read in other reviews, is simply unacceptable. I hope that my experience will serve as a warning to others and that Groupon will take action to prevent this from happening again in the future.

I booked an appointment and was told to spend a further 25 yo buy my own nbing cream for the treatment. When I arrived at the salon, it was closed. I called the phone number, emailed and texted the bumper for 30 minutes as I waited outside in the freezing cold. To date, still no apology, still no compensation and still no acceptance of responsibility. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
