Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Fulham

The staff here are absolutely wonderful. Nimesh was very helpful and knowledgeable during my eye test, making sure I was happy with my prescription. Harvey is a fantastic teacher for contact lenses. I was struggling in previous teaches but he was able to give me the support and guidance to get the lenses in. I really appreciate the care he took during the sessions, and the extent of the aftercare provided to make sure I'm happy. I can't give Harvey enough praise!

Absolutely fabulous , I walked in to enquire about prices for eye test , was met by Jai ,who not only explained and answered all my questions with such professionalism, definitely not a hard sell and perhaps I walked in at right time and 45 minutes later I walked out and will return in approx 10 days to collect my new glasses .Was examined by Shiloa who was excellent , explained everything very clearly as we went along and finally arranged the glasses with Rupesh and Max . Cannot thank you all enough and I highly recommend here ! Thank you !

They vary their customer service according to what race you are. When you need to get service cause of a broken glasses they try to wiggle out of it. It's a franchise store not owned by Specsavers. They are crooks.
