Dealing with Foxton in order to buy an investment property in the UK was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Lying, wasting time, and money are usually common practices for this company. After we got our offer accepted through foxton fulham and starting the legal process, they asked me to pay more money because the vendor received a higher offer. When I rejected that, the property went back to the market like nothing had happened. So, there was no higher offer. For sure, I lost some of the legal fees and my time. Very unprofessional. Lucky enough, I was able to get mine through a different agent just before deciding to invest in a different country.
