Make you spend 100s on products then say theyre unable to do treatments all because I expressed the fact the treatment they was doing made my scalp feel sensitive and irritable wanted to know if that was normal what other treatments could I buy spent money buying them to them be told they would no longer do any treatments for me after I spent the money buying the products avoid these product pushing no help hair clinic !!!

Cannot speak highly enough of my experience at Lillie Road Medical Centre- I had a routine women's health appointment with Ms Makinde, which I was quite nervous about. She put me completely at ease and acted with upmost professionalism while maintaining a friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend for anxious patients. Thank you!

I arrived on time for my appointment, got informed because I have covid symptoms I need to wait outside. And my appointment is running late, so I was waiting outside with rain and wind for more than 20 mins. They could have let me know that I have to do a test in advance if I have covid symptoms. Also I told them I test 3 times before, all results negative, just because I didn't do a test today I deserve to waiting in the rain? Can't believe you are sick and still need to deal with bad service like this.

139 Lillie Road GP practice is being used by familly constellations therapist Alexandra Piotrowska(polskipsycholog.co.uk-although website not active anymore) as facade for her strictly private business where she treats mentally ill patients. Where in fact, she doesn't treat them. She mostly treats them as ATMs. She doesn't provide any liability info, she doesn't warn you treatment despite hefty price(over 2k s) may be not successful. She doesn't recommend going to GP for free NHS Therapy(which in my case did not help). She doesn't support you in seeking pharmacological treatment, but mostly goes "lets book you in for the next appointment'. What turned out to be helpful were antipsychotic medications, rest and talk with sensible GP. Such a shame, that she uses face of NHS Lillie Rd practice as facade of private business. How is it even allowed?
