        I called several times last year and this year, never had any answer and never book any appointments. They are just staying there but dont do any work at all.

        I'm disappointed by the service the council offers. The employees here are very friendly, but ineffective. The council property above us has now flooded four times in two years and they still haven't got back to us with the latest suggestion of a solution. We have just got an independent plumber to come and fix the problem, which was a very easy fix and done in an hour. The water damage has caused thousands of pounds worth of damage and untold stress. It would be great to have a follow up service.
