        Rude management staff. For a charity shop the people working there should be ashamed. Absolutely appalling how I was spoken to at the shop, whoever this man was he seemed like he hated that I even wanted to donate anything and that I was wasting his time. Gives BRC a bad name.

        Wouldnt even give them a star. So disinterested and rude when I got in. Im trying to do my bit by buying used instead of new put me off by being non-helpful. Made it feel as if I was inconveniencing them by showing up to their store. I wanted to donate some pieces too, thought I would listen to the good reviews, not worth it and wasted my time. Would not recommend
