Looks small from the outside but the gym is really spacious and has a LOT of equipment. I like the vibe and Ive made some good friends there!

I have been going to this gym ever since it changed brand into The Gym Group. Very clean and tidy. Members are all local and we bump into each other in the street and have brief cheerful conversations. The personal trainers are well qualified and knowledgeable. I personally recommend Alexandra Gutui. No one better who can share precise body transformation advice as she is a living example of a motivated fit person.

Despite the facilities are always clean, some members have zero respect for others and leave equipment loaded with weights or even dumbbells lying around. For me it's not a problem but for some people, taking out heavy plates of some equipment can be difficult or just annoying. Anyways, it's amazing price-quality gym, well equipped and the staff is quite friendly.

To begin with, this gym is open 24/7 which is convenient for me as my rota changes regularly so have to fit my gym sessions around my work and being 24 hours helps a lot. Secondly the gym is always tidy and clean no matter what time I come, even though you have some members who don't put things away you see staff actively doing their best to maintain the gym to the highest standard. The management team are amazing and see them all the time during various time of the day, do they ever go home. There's 2 levels to this gym and as you can see by the pictures, its super spacious, has dumbbells that go up to 50kg and loads of racks. There is a massive studio space where classes take place and outside of that you can train in there too. Upstairs is normally a lot more quieter so anyone who is new or feels uncomfortable in a public gym, then this is the best place for you. Honestly this is the best gym around and for good value.
