You walk into the lobby and they don't even greet you. Upon arrival yesterday, they gave us the key to enter the room and, once we went up, the room was not ready and the "cleaning" lady was still there who made us go downstairs to wait. Let's say that this can happen, but here everything happens. When you go up the corridors to the rooms, everything that needs cleaning is thrown to the ground in the truest sense of the word. Toilet paper without protective packaging and towels. Everything on the floor on the carpet, even the disgusting one. I don't know if the "nightmare hotel" program exists because this would participate hands down. Having said that, after what has been written, my advice is always to book trips by yourself where possible, but in any case always read the reviews of those who have already been to a place, otherwise what should be a dream trip becomes a nightmare trip. 2 stars for the location, as it is very close to the metro station. Mia moglie era un po restia, io un po per pigrizia, un po per mancanza di tempo, le consigliai di affidarci di nuovo alla suddetta agenzia. Felici di aver prenotato, entriamo in macchina, e mia moglie inizia a leggere le recensioni dellhotel. La sua faccia era tutto un programma. Cercai di convincerla in qualche modo dicendole che saremmo dovuti andarci solo a dormire. Ora che ci siamo dentro, devo ammettere che la struttura molto fatiscente, pulizia carente, non c cura su tutto, personale inesistente. Entri nella hall e non ti salutano nemmeno. Allarrivo, ieri, ci hanno fornito la chiave per entrare in camera e, una volta saliti, la camera non era pronta e cera ancora la signora delle pulizie che ci ha fatto scendere gi per aspettare. Diciamo che questo pu capitare, ma qui capita di tutto. Quando si sale nei corridoi delle camere, tutto ci che serve di pulito, viene buttato a terra nel vero senso della parola. Carta igienica senza imballaggio protettivo e asciugamani. Tutto a terra sulla moquette, anche quella vomitevole. Non so se esiste il programma hotel da incubo perch questo parteciperebbe a mani basse. Detto ci, dopo quanto scritto, il mio consiglio sempre quello di prenotare viaggi da soli ove possibile, ma in ogni caso leggere sempre le recensioni di chi gi stato in un posto, altrimenti quello che dovrebbe essere un viaggio da sogno, diventa un viaggio da incubo. 2 stelle alla posizione, in quanto molto vicino alla fermata della metro.

Fra il letto e il muro, oltre a sporco e spazzatura cera addirittura un calzino. Il bagno orrido e pieno di muffa. Il termosifone stato acceso tutto il tempo e non cera modo di spegnerlo (fuori facevano 20 gradi). Fortunatamente abbiamo trovato posto allhotel vicino!
