Been doing this for 6 weeks and already feel the difference. Nothing beats these classes if youre wanting to make proper changes to your fitness and make some great friends along the way. Loving it!

Such a amazing classes! The energy is unmatched! Tyler and Jack made me feel so comfortable and confident in what I was doing! Highly recommend to anyone, beginners and advanced!

Gorgeous people and trainers. Everyone down to earth and approachable whilst being superfit and motivating. Jodie and Neville have created the most amazing team of trainers - all fit and gorgeous but utterly personable, funny, supportive and inspiring. Importantly the soundtrack to the workouts is always amazing and the workouts are constantly changing so never boring. I have loved my 8 week challenge and I am looking forward to continuing my F45 journey into 2022 xx

Overdue review: Wonderful, charismatic and energetic crew that know exactly what they are doing. Impactful in the most amazing way! This is where i started my F45 journey and can't thank those enough who have helped me reach my fitness goals of loosing weight, getting fit and stronger! Truly life changing
