        I went to snappy snaps for a an AUSTRALIAN passport photo, on the day they assured me that they use a printer that is accepted by Australian Passport services. Once the photos were printed, I could see laser printer lines over every photo they printed, again I enquired with snappy snaps and they again assured me that it was within guidelines. I have just received an email stating that the photo quality is not up to standard and my application has been put on hold. Australian passport wait times are long and this has caused undue delay. Extremely dissatisfied with this service.

        Be careful! And check what they printed before you pay.. I told them which document to print from my USB and then while it was printing I was charged 5 something. I thought it seemed a bit much however I just assumed the prices had increased. I didnt check the documents but when I got home I realised they had printed x3 the same documents when I only asked for ONE copy.
