What an amazing service I had when shipping valuables to USA as part of inheritance in a Will. The staff were understanding and really helpful. They knew the best way to send valuable items and advised on the best shipping options. Documents arrived quickly by email and the driver came to pick up the box within about 20mins of finishing the call to the shipping centre. I am so impressed with the whole process and the efficiency of the staff. It makes such a change to find a company that seems to care about providing excellent customer support, it's a rare thing these day. Thank you FedEx, I can highly recommend your services.

Left my package in there but refused to give me a receipt now they deny they ever got my package. Scammed me in hundreds of pounds. Be careful

I found FedEx extremely unreliable and unprofessional. My important documents was sent from San Jose on Thursday, delivery Friday 21st, unfortunately the tracking says delay in London and today I was at home the whole day and they didnt come and there is no contact number to call.

Really bad comunication. Almost imposible to get in contact with someone to track an international parcel.

My daft son lost something on his travels far from home. I needed to send a replacement. Toby helped me sort it all out from start to finish. Things went wrong en route as these things sometimes do and Toby and Eva were so helpful and efficient in finding out what went wrong and calming me down! Thanks guys! Definitely recommend this excellent customer service.
