        Can't see how this place gets such good reviews. Not happy with the result and would not recommend. Apparently I booked the wrong appointment for what I wanted to achieve but was told they can do it anyway. A good hair professional would categorically say that the selected method cannot be used and they should use a technique that is appropriate to the expected result and not say they'll make it work with the method specified in the booking - I'm not a hair specialist so I picked an appointment type that made sense to me based on description. The result is terrible as if I colored my hair at home. Now I need to pay again to have this fixed. Apart from this the hairdresser was not very gentle, kept pulling on my hair, seemed annoyed and closer to the end of my visit I felt like they wanted me gone (tbf I wanted to gone too). The salon is blaming me for the bad results of their bad job and refuse to refund the money.
