Rubbish bank. Never answer calls. After a 40 minute wait they answer and asked my details and hung up again. No professionalism at all. Im going to the bank to close my account.

Horrible customer service , an old man (clearly with dementia) humiliated in front of me. The manager shouting at him in front of the machine because he couldnt understand how to withdraw money. You should be ashamed to treat people this way.
