        Average standards cheeky uninterested staff have negative influence on subway

        One star is being generous. Unhygienic place that I wouldn't choose to eat at but my daughter insisted on having a Cheese & Ham Meal Deal. Unfortunately they had no cheese, no drinks and no cookies. So she ended up with some bread and two triangles of melted cheese. Never again.

        Took absolutely ages to get the food there were at least 6 staff on . The 2 girls one with long black hair and the other one were more bothered about talking than serving. Clearing not paying attention as they forgot what I said a few times. Shouldn't be working there if they can't be bothered to work. Very poor service. I'd paid and kept and they were still serving the people behind me they hadn't even got to salad bar bit. Apololing. Maybe new staff is required.

        Need to change their job title from a Sandwich artist, looked like it was took out the back and given a good kick in then placed on the tray. Need to be trained on customer service.
