Brilliant protective screen fitted to my Samsung Note 20 Ultra. The screen protector was fitted within few minutes by the brilliant staff. The quality was way better than Samsung factory fitted one and way more responsive to fingerprint reader

The staff here were great, I bought a new new screen protector for my phone which they applied for me. I also bought a new set of headphones which have been awesome

My wife had a hydrogel screen protector fitted at this establishment which was fitted very quickly and is still in good condition. I decided to have a screen protector fitted too. The member of staff had problems fitting the protector it took a lot longer than my wifes but I was assured it was good to go. After a few days the bottom right of my phone the protector was peeling back. I phoned up the store they asked for photos which I sent. The reply was I had caused the damage insisting no way it was any fault of theirs and the phones damage was caused by the phone been near keys. When I assured them this was not the case they then said I should have said something when it was fitted. Must be missing something when assured by an expert everything was fine I should have told him it wasnt ??? Sure most of the time they do a good job really disappointed at the poor after sale service.
