        Useless. Visited to order a seal kit, took the old ones with us so they'd get the correct ones. Picked up seals today and there wrong. Now got to drive back again, 3rd time to get a refund. Very unprofessional

        Undoubtedly, my worst ever customer experience when dealing with a warranty claim with the owner. Extreme caution advised in using this firm as seemingly entirely disinterested in providing any sort of after sales service or support to hot tub owner. Refused warranty work for owner because it was too far to travel (one hour). Proceeded to be obstructive and completely unhelpful. Only positive is to mention Mike who, up until point of having to travel, was of some use on the phone. Hot tub owner left to sort in own time and at own expense. Disgusting.
