Incredibly good Customer Service Team at Carron - and a special mention to Jade who very quickly sent me a replacement firebrick retaining plate and bolt assembly for my Carron Valentine Cast Iron Fireplace. I love my fireplace which has really helped bring down my heating bills :-) I've had it for over 15 years and will no doubt last many, many more. 5 Star service - thank you.

My wife and I looked around the showroom - which is relatively local to us. We have not ordered yet as we are too early on in our renovation project, but we came away very impressed with what we saw. Clearly made with a high level of care and pride. We were also taken round the factory to see radiators being assembled, tested, painted etc. Barry was very knowledgeable, generous with his time and not trying to 'press a sale'. Was good to see all the items close up and 'hands on' to help inform our choices.

What a fabulous visit! My partner and I were unsure as these particular radiators are expensive but having visited and was met by Kat who answered every question .. even the most stupid .. with a smile! She had everything at her fingertips .. the showroom experience was fab and if you are unsure take the time to see what they have on offer. nothing is too much trouble .. we are going through a complete refurbishment and I only wish other suppliers were as professional with a 5 star product too.
