Had an absolutely appalling experience using this service if you can call it that. I paid to take my ring out of Colindale jewellers and wanted to look at several items. The man behind the counter a short man said are you actually going to buy something?! Well obviously Im here looking at things and I asked him why he was being so rude to which he answered Im not going to show you any more! I wanted to buy something and had money with me but his attitude was absolutely disgusting and walked off into the back. I would highly recommend not using this service as its disgusting and unprofessional! Never again! Really disappointed and disgusted. Awful awful customer service and extremely ignorant and rude.

I went to sell gold bracelet and ring and he said it was not real. He only looked at it by hand and did not even test it. They don't seem bothered.
