I came to Dr James with shoulder and neck pain which couldn't be resolved by my ongoing Physiotherapy. Had about 10ish sessions with him and saw a big big improvement. Before coming over, I was always under the impression that I will have to live with this pain but Dr James' hands have the magic! Very happy with my treatment and would surely recommend to those having issues. Thank you Dr. James and IDD Osteopaths!

I highly recommend IDD Osteopaths clinic and IDD therapy for anyone whom suffers from slipped, bulging or herniated disc. I was suffering from a herniated disc and a bulging disc. I could feel an improvment starting with my first IDD therapy session. I completed a course of 15 sessions and by the end I was pain free. I can't thank you enough James, Tania and Aaishwaraya!

I've had just under 10 sessions of IDD here and James and Tania are both excellent. I have had back pain due to a prolapse for a long time and had run out of non invasive treatment options. I was worried about trying decompression therapy but James's bedside manner is fantastic and put me at ease straight away. The idd therapy itself is painless and I have definitely noticed an improvement in my symptoms. I highly recommend them to anyone with back pain or sciatica.

When I came to IDD osteopaths, I was diagnosed with severe spinal stenosis. I was on morphine for the pain, and it wasn't helping. The numbness was terrifying. I was facing surgery, which wouldn't stop the numbness, but would reduce the pain. I've been discussing the possibility of remaining paralysed forever. Then I discovered the IDD therapy. I felt improvement from the first session. With the time my leg became stronger, almost like normal. Pain disappeared, numbness gone. No pills needed. In one moment I couldn't walk, few months later I started to go in the mountains again, in caves and waterfalls. IDD gave me my life back, gave me back possibility to dream for the next adventure, not for the next doctor. Amazing results. James and Tanya were just great. Highly recommend.
