Garage Express

This is the first time I have used Garage Express and I am impressed. The customer service was excellent, booking my car in was easy, the price was cheaper than their competitors, they did not pressure me into extra services, the reception area was clean and I was able to work while I waited. They even had a coffee/tea machine. The staff were all very friendly and answered my questions professionally. I have found my future car garage! Service: Vehicle Inspection

Have mainly used Garage Express in the past to service my previous car and they have always been great. As I have purchased my latest car which currently is under warranty have not used them as much. Few months ago they confirmed water pump/thermostat housing leak. They could have replaced the part for me but would have cost around 500 but would have had car back the next day. As car was under warranty I took it back to VW and they took 4 weeks and lied about not having the part available. Now 4 months on and noticed another drop in coolant. Called VW and they had no appointments for 6 weeks for diagnostic works. So I called garage Express and they said they could fit me in the next day. They carried out pressure test and found a leak near the connection to the radiator. I agreed for the works to be carried out as it was not going to cost much to repair. As it was a clip and seal it would not have been covered by VW anyway and they would have charged me double and would not have had my car fixed for another 2 months. My car was repaired and had my car back the next day as they had to wait for parts. After my car is out of VW warranty I would not hesitate to take my car to Garage Express. They are honest and reliable garage. When I call and ask for advice they always provide it. I highly recommend this garage to look after your car for service and repairs. My girlfriend used garage express for a full service, we picked the car up today. We were both extremely happy with the service provided, a very friendly and professional team. Ive been to garage express for my service and MOT since 2016 and they have consistently been great. As a woman, in the past I have found chain services unreliable and patronising however at Garage Express they take time in terms of explaining what has been done and advice for the future. Reasonably priced too! 100% recommend it
