        Appalling customer service received from Chandra. Very rude and unhelpful. Every time I was talking she would talk over me and not allow me to speak. I would NOT recommend this business.

        Awful service, definitely do not recommend. You'd be wasting your money by getting them to manage your property and they'll happily take your money and not provide even a most basic service. Both Chandra and her son have no customer service skills. There are many more reliable property managing agents in the area that are worth going to instead. Falcon are here to make money off their clients and nothing else. Poor service! Shame on them for running a business like this.
