Absolutely outstanding service from Lucia, Barbora and team. We must have come to the showroom over 10+ in the last year. A few times to browse, then to order our wooden floor (with Ilan from ESB flooring, downstairs), then browse and buy bathroom and kitchen tiles, then browse and buy outdoor tiles (back patio slabs and finally front slabs). Each and every time, they looked after us, helped us choose, order and coordinate delivery to meet our builder's timelines. They are super friendly and have gone above and beyond for us. We're so grateful and can't recommend them enough. You don't get this level of service in other tile and floor shops. And I say this having been to at least 5 other shops before choosing Alpha and ESB.

This is one ofthe best tile shop we visited!!!! A very large selection of the most beautiful Spanish and Italian floor tiles and laminate flooring.. Really good prices and the service was first class. Definitely worth getting the sat navigation out for
