Dont like this business about taking money and CASH ONLY upfront before your service arrives, such an asian thing to do. Desserts were nice, shisha was goodish until 2nd round of coal, instead of giving fresh coals they give you one's removed from other peoples shisha, as they appear half the size. I noticed this was the case with everyone. Far too many security personnel/bouncers present, west end doesnt have this many. Bit of a joke as most customers appeared civilised. DJ's music made no sense 1 min R n B, next min slow jams. I'm not a a DJ but playing a playlist isn't skills. Staff members watch you like vultures to take your plates and unfinished food away from the tables, its so uncomfortable eating and worrying about them pestering you. Relax, go do something else like learn customer service skills. Most likely will give them another chance to be fair, let's see what they're really about, plenty of competition in the area .
