        Incredibly poor service. They have refused to send the insurance policy documents despite making requests for almost a year, and despite having authorisation from they landlord to send it to us. They've told us they will email the documents but still have not. They put down the phone on us several times, and also blocked our phone number when we called to get for the policy documents.
