Really nice staff and they did such an amazing job with my hair. I have long thick hair that is troublesome to maintain, but after going to this salon, they made my hair feel more fresh and lighter ;)) Really do recommend

I had searched for hair inspiration on Pinterest for days before coming to the Salon. Finally found 2x different video break downs of the style I wanted, which was a U shape, long layers and heavy face framing. My hair was pretty long, there was some damage but even with a good few inches off it would still be fairly long. I showed my hairdresser the video and explained what stylist in the videos said to ask for. I told her I would like keep the length as much as possible and get long layers so the ends of my hair looked full. What I said was totally disregarded, the hairdresser was insisting I need short layer to achieve that look. I knew I definitely didnt not want short layers. I expressed what I wanted and was told okay. The end result was short choppy layers and more than half my hair hacked off. I am absolutely devastated. My hair has never looked so awful. I love going here. They do a fantastic haircut & it is brilliant value for the cost they charge. My sister & daughter also go there. Totally recommend them.

Hairdressers are amazing and I have tried most over the years. I go most months for colour cuts and blow dry to Wendy. Highly recommended. The hairdressing skills superb and customer experience outstanding. Wendy always listens to what I want and does this. I always have the best experience and travel across london for you guys. I've shown the picture to explain how I want my hair to be done and was ignored. Not happy about the result. Very disappointed.
