Terrible customer service. Booked an appointment and asked for a blow dry. The lady insisted to use straighter and when I asked for a blow dry she gave me attitude and started yelling then left. They kept me waiting over 30 minutes to be seen by someone else. Which is insane without even apologising. Very unprofessional.and inconsiderate. Service: Blowouts

I went in to get a small trim as my hair was already shorter than usual, instead the lady cut whole 4 inches of my hair cut off! She was very unprofessional and aggressive when doing the trim and it was very obvious she didnt know what she was doing as I ended up having uneven gaps all over my hair and it being extremely shorter than what I asked for. When I explained that what she was doing wasnt comfortable and requested for the other lady to cut it instead as I wasnt happy with her service, she reacted very rudely and almost threw a little temper tantrum. Was not pleased whatsoever and would not recommend Services: Hairstyling, Bang trim
