A very unprofessional company. This Steve guy is an absolute joke never gets in contact. I see from other reviews people have had the same problems. I contacted Tim regarding my issues didnt even bother to reply to me. Probably has run out of excuses for always busy Steve. Please be careful if considering this company. They demand 50% up front and god knows how long you would wait for your door..

Our new front door is fab.Beautifully painted in a colour of our choice with etched glass inserts. Their very good carpenter put the new door frame and door in and after years of having a sticky front door and rotting frame we now have one that opens smoothly. Good choice of designs at their workshop were you can talk through what you want. More reasonable than many quotes I found but excellent quality. I would recommend them.

This our new fantastic front door, the quality of which is first class. We were told of the long lead time but good things always come to those that wait, however the delivery was bang on time. Thank you very much Tim for a most wonderful door.

Despite numerous attempts to order a door and frame, we just didn't get a response. We were informed Steve would come and measure, but essentially we were just ignored for over month. Eventually gave up and decided to order elsewhere, we started the process in May and by 6th July we were still no closer to being able to order a door. We just wasted a lot of time on this company. EDIT * In response to the poor excuse below. We first contacted the Stained Glass Door company on 4th Mar, as they only allow you to visit 1 day a month we lost 8 weeks, when we arrived despite having an appointment, Tim had no recollection who we were. We forgave the disorganisation, the long delays in email responses. But just being ignored for weeks on end and being told 'Steve is busy' and may get back to you at some point just isn't good enough. Please read the other reviews that say the same thing. Save yourself the time and just pay a bit more to get a decent level of customer service.
