        Food & drinks: We booked for a birthday lunch having heard the recent reviews were good. All of us had a lovely lunch and the pie I had was fantastic. Great to see there are still some pubs with chefs who know how to cook. Some grand wines as well on your list. Thanks you

        Went to the Pelican for the first time in many years today. We are regularly visitors to another of Liam and his partners other pubs (Crown and Horns) so were expecting great things!! We were not disappointed, everything about our visit was top notch!! Wonderful venue, food and staff, this is such a wonderful place to have a lunch or evening meal. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, if you look for a great place to meet, eat and be served, then look no further I am sure it wont be long before we we choose to revisit the outstanding eatery!! Food & drinks: Starters, main courses and puddings were all outstanding
