this is a lovely cottage which is very comfortably fitted out and a nice place to stay. you should note that there is no oven or cooker there, except a small microwave. luckily, anna the landlady heated our lasagne which was very kind. there is only one shower, in one of the ensuites, which meant we all had to shower in one bathroom. please also note that there is a (clearly strictly enforced) check out time of 10am which we had not noticed. we were are a wedding and late back so quite sorry to be turfed out by the landlady. given that most hotels have a check out of 11 or 12, 10am seems very early, especially for a sunday. it is for that reason we will not stay there again. Although, as I say, it is well appointed and comfortable if you just need rooms (and don't mind getting up early on Sundays :))

More than just a luxury cottage! The cottage is beautifully decorated with sumptuous furnishings. It is understated, yet indulgent, brimming with luxury brands. Anna explained how eco-conscious they had been while building the cottage the green element made the cottage even more appealing! The continental breakfast provided was delicious we had homemade granola and preserves, and a friend had baked a yummy sourdough. Sadly their cooker wasnt working, so we couldnt try their cooked breakfast but hopefully next time we can! It was easy to find, set in the rolling hills of Hampshire. We felt far enough from civilisation without being far at all! The nearest town of Petersfield is 8 mins and there are lovely brunch places, restaurants and shops. There are also many walks in the area which we enjoyed. We honestly had such a lovely little break and cant wait to return!
