        Parcel left in pouring rain.no idea it was there.driver couldnt be bothered to ring doorbell. Not good enough

        I had an email saying My parcel had arrived it hadn't when i looked at the signiture it said ymama ?. When i asked my neighbours if they'd had any parcels for me they said no . There was no paper slip saying they had called. When i realized the delivery driver ment it was the yamaha shop down the road i realized hermes was now a collection service ??? . Many thanks

        useless company, shame you cannot give lower than a 1 star, you order a parcel and the driver is too lazy to deliver because we live on a farm. Customer service also a joke
