        I've done multiple courses for health and wellness, beauty, and care and neurodiversity. Elle Tipping for Eat for Health UK is absolutely amazing in explaining our body's relationship with food and how to listen to it and nourish it. Georgie Charles did a very relaxing and through lifting facial massage, and Felicity Carpagnano led a course on Understanding Neurodiversity and Executive Function that was information with practical takeaways. In my experience, all instructors have been compassionate, clear, and helpful. SSAL is in invaluable resource to our community! I especially appreciate the variety of online courses.
