I took the 5-day frambuilding course taught by Jack and Andrew and it is hard to overstate what a phenomenal experience it was. The whole crew at TBA is clearly passionate about building frames, and more importantly, they are experts at conveying it in a clear, empathetic, and fascinating way. They don't accept mediocre work, even on your first hand-mitered tube fit-up, but they support you throughout the whole process and the end result is that the product you build is legitimately and irrefutably a "good" bike frame. They I am so pleased with the skills I learned and the gorgeous frame (first of many, I hope!) that I am building into my dream ride. Take a course here.

I attended the 5 day bicycle frame building course and had a fantastic week. You will learn the basics of building a bespoked steel frame by very friendly and knowledgeable teachers. I am now in possession of a lot of knowledge about frame building, fillet brazing and a fantastically beautiful bicycle frame. This course is highly recommended for anyone interested in cycling and willing learning new things. It has motivated me to want to do more bicycle framebuilding in the future.

I have just spent the best 5 days at TBA. I have come away with a bike frame that looks fabulous and can't wait to build it into the bike I have always wanted. The course was supremely organised and brilliantly taught by Jack and Andrew. Friendly and sooo professional. Get yourself booked on, I guarantee you won't regret it.

You will not find a better, more informed group of individuals. The course was a pleasure from start to finish, with the perfect mix of theory and practical. And they even supplied gluten free hobnobs : )
