World Basket

Bought quite a bit of stuff at the the shop and all fine. Bought a kilim cushion two or three months ago and immediately it started to come undone and frayed. Obviously the join with the backing hadnt used enough material. I put the cushion away on top of a cupboard and kept meaning to pop to the shop and went today. Oh dear the woman was hostile from the start. When I showed her the cushion, she accused me of lying and that I must have damaged it myself and so refused to do anything. She said we only take back faulty goods. I said that she was accusing me of lying and she agreed. She could have offered to take it back and sew it properly, but instead was unpleasant and rude. Fantastic service from these guys. Walked past the shop and had so much take my eye. Checked the website but struggled to find what i wanted. Very prompt reply with email and gave me a cost for the items. Then they even offered to drop it off. Absolutely love the two pouffe i purchased. Excellent service
