Taxis in frome in general are almost impossible to book. I made one booking a week in advance (2weeks ago) and he made it so I thought Id book him again for the following week (today). He didnt show and didnt answer my calls until I had already missed my doctors appt. His only response was Im sorry I totally forgot even though he had written it in his diary. I now have to hope I can get the appt rebooked within a week as it is a very time sensitive appt. Very disappointed. Edit: added extra star as he was very apologetic but most importantly- took accountability.
