Matt originally came and did a complete bathroom refit for us and did an outstanding job, he also came to the aid of my grandmother when she was in desperate need and more recently he came out to sort a leak under our kitchen sink. An absolute top bloke who is professional, highly skilled and a true gent. Would 100% recommend Matt and will be using him again the future.

Matt was fantastic - rescuing my elderly and frail parents when it was -5 outside, their heating had failed and other plumbers had let them down. He arrived on time (fitting them in at the end of what I am sure was a very busy day for him), fixing the problem and making sure the heating was still working for them the next day. We suffered a burst pipe in the loft as it wasnt lagged and water poured through the ceiling of our downstairs bathroom. It was Saturday afternoon and we needed a plumber urgently. I phoned several firms but they were all unavailable. Matt answered, he was very busy but said he would come. He was brilliant and sorted our problem calmly and efficiently.
