Twice our flu jab has been cancelled due to the I'll health of the pharmacist. We wouldn't have known this time but for a last minute phone call to check their address and parking. I really don't know how pharmacies cope under so much year round pressure.

Absolutely shocking! I was told by the staff after ringing that the prescription that Ive been trying to get all week was there only to be told after half an hour of waiting it wasnt then the younger member of staff handed me something completely different and I said where is it and she went we cant magic it out of thin air basically threw it at me and the walked away, as I confronted her then said nothing no apology nothing I then went back and then heard all the staff proceed to talk about me over the computer ugh shes back again speaking to the manager this was disgusting shouldnt work with a place in customer service if you cant handle customers nicely.

When walking through the door no greeting or acknowledgment. When walking closer to the counter and saying hello no acknowledgement. 5 minutes later after both pharmacists chatting about their life they said how can I help. I explained. When getting my prescription, they rudely told me to pay. Im very upset and angry with my service!
