        I'm a brazilian fan of his classes of spinning on YouTube. I started watching and doing what he asks to his classmates last month. His energy passes through television to us!! It's amazing! Someday I'd like to meet him and tell him that his classes really changed my way of life. I'm a physician and I thought that I didn't have time to gym and to me. Just to work and study. Now, I've bought chromecast that I can use to show the spinning classes of Paul Ryman on my television and than I can take an hour or an hour and a half to have a time to gym at my own place.
