Changed 104 into Swiss Francs on 18/4/23 and was given 110 as a 100 and a 10 franc note. When I got to Basel, no-one would accept the 100 franc note as it was an OLD note that is no longer being used. It caused a huge amount of stress and change of an afternoon's plans as it was the only money I had. The man from Cashbrokers clearly just wanted to get rid of an old note. Online I checked when the old notes went out of date: 2021, so he'd clearly had it lying around for two years and fobbed it off on me. Shameful service. EDIT (as I can't reply to your response): I do appreciate the apology. I just feel it would be good to keep on top of currency changes going forward so it doesn't happen again. As I said, it ruined an afternoon as I had to get to bank (with long queues etc) to get it changed and I was only there for a weekend so time was precious.

Really helpful Staff. Was helping us with an issue with our western union refund which was an error done by other agent in Trowbridge which is closed for Covid. They provide high quality service.
